Phintraco Group Participates at The Best Contact Center Indonesia 2020

19 November 2020 – Phintraco Group Participates in the annual event held by Indonesia Contact Center Association (ICCA) titled “The Best Contact Center Indonesia 2020” through its two subsidiaries, Mitracomm Ekasarana and Phintraco Technology as one of sponsors and panelists.

Even though it was held virtually because of the pandemic, it did not reduce the enthusiasm of the participants in joining the entire activities of this event, from competition to the contact center conference.

The competitions in The Best Contact Center Indonesia 2020 were classified into 3 categories: individual, teamwork, and corporate categories. This competition had participats from more than 52 instances, both from government and public institutions, as well as private companies in Indonesia with total 265 participants and 122 winners.

According to the purpose of the event, that was to improve the role of contact center toward customer service quality, the contact center conference presented 10 professional speakers, contact center practitioners and consultants from various companies and contact center solution providers. Mitracomm Ekasarana, as a subsidiary of Phintraco Group, also be one of speakers in this contact center conference.

MitraComm Ekasarana and Phintraco Technology Participate at “The Best Contact Center Indonesia 2019”

MitraComm Ekasarana and Phintraco Technology, subsidiary companies of Phintraco Group, participated at the annual event "The Best Contact Center Indonesia 2019" on Monday and Tuesday, 9 to 10 September 2019, as one of sponsors and participated in exhibition for this event.

This event was held by the Indonesia Contact Center Association (ICCA), at Shangri-La Hotel, Jakarta.

The Best Contact Center Indonesia 2019 had two-day conferences by holding a National Seminar with "Artificial Intelligence (AI) is today's advanced technology in developing Contact Center now and in the future" as its topic. This event also offered the exhibition booth for participants who want to know and learn more about Contact Center solutions in Indonesia.

Besides conference and exhibition, The Best Contact Center Indonesia 2019 also held a competition for Contact Centers with 3 categories, those are Individual Category, Teamwork Category, and Corporate Category. The competition, which was organized by the Indonesia Contact Center Association (ICCA), was participated by 52 companies with 390 participants and 170 judges.

The competition at The Best Contact Center Indonesia 2019 had a purpose to give support and appreciation for the competent Contact Center practitioners. So, it is expected that their competencies will increase along with the support and appreciation for those who become a part of Contact Center.

Acara yang diselenggarakan oleh Indonesia Contact Center Association (ICCA) pada hari Kamis, 10 Agustus 2017 ini bertempat di Birawa Ballroom – Bidakara Hotel Jl. Jend. Gatot Subroto Kav. 7 1-7, Pancoran, South Jakarta. Di ajang ICCA 2017 kali ini mengangkat topik mengenai Employee Engagement yang juga menjadi salah satu kategori yang dilombakan dalam ajang “The Best Contact Center Indonesia 2017”. Disebutkan bahwa hal ini akan menjadi acuan bahwa Employee Engagement telah diterapkan oleh berbagai contact center dalam membangun keterlibatan atau keterikatan karyawan.

Untuk bisa mendapatkan penghargaan sebagai “The Best Employee Engagement” setiap perusahaan mengikuti lomba kemampuan contact center untuk menunjukkan program kerja dalam memberikan program retensi tenaga kerja contact center di perusahaannya dan memberikan bagi retensi karyawan contact center.

Acara ICCA ini diawali dengan opening ceremony dan performance terbaik dari perwakilan beberapa perusahaan yang hadir. Tidak hanya menari, namun setiap perwakilan juga tampil dengan menyanyikan lagu-lagu daerah yang mampu memukau. Selanjutnya, kegiatan panel discussion yang diisi dengan kegiatan diskusi dan tanya jawab dari semua peserta yang hadir.

Setelah para peserta berdiskusi, acara diisi dengan makan siang bersama dan dilanjutkan lagi dengan hiburan dan pemberian penghargaan kepada perusahaan-perusahaan yang telah memberikan kontribusi terbaik dan pelayanan yang baik kepada pelanggan.
