19 November 2020 – Phintraco Group Participates in the annual event held by Indonesia Contact Center Association (ICCA) titled “The Best Contact Center Indonesia 2020” through its two subsidiaries, Mitracomm Ekasarana and Phintraco Technology as one of sponsors and panelists.

Even though it was held virtually because of the pandemic, it did not reduce the enthusiasm of the participants in joining the entire activities of this event, from competition to the contact center conference.

The competitions in The Best Contact Center Indonesia 2020 were classified into 3 categories: individual, teamwork, and corporate categories. This competition had participats from more than 52 instances, both from government and public institutions, as well as private companies in Indonesia with total 265 participants and 122 winners.

According to the purpose of the event, that was to improve the role of contact center toward customer service quality, the contact center conference presented 10 professional speakers, contact center practitioners and consultants from various companies and contact center solution providers.
