Phintraco Technology Wins “Growth Partner of the Year” Award at Avaya Partner Summit 2020
Phintraco Technology successfully named as the recipient of an award from Avaya. The award was presented at Avaya Partner Summit 2020, Avaya’s annual partner event. This year, Phintraco Technology received an award for the category “Growth Partner of the Year” on Thursday, 19 November 2020. Previously, Phintraco Technology also received an award for the same category at Avaya Partner Summit 2019 in Atlantis Hotel, Dubai. For your information, Phintraco Technology is the only Avaya’s partner in Indonesia that received an award in this international event for the 2nd consecutive time.

Phintraco Technology Wins “New Partner Award” at Amplify 2020 – Dynatrace Partner Program
Phintraco Technology was recognized as the winner of Dynatrace’s “New Partner Award”. The award was presented at “Amplify 2020 – Dynatrace Partner Program” held by Dynatrace virtually on Thursday, 12 November 2020.
In this Dynatrace Partner Program, awards were classified in five categories, with honorees chosen from selected partners in Asia Pacific. Those five categories were New Partner Award, Cloud Innovation Award, Training and Certification Award, Special Recognition Award for Excellence, and Partner of the Year.

Phintraco Technology shows another great achievements. Phintraco Technology successfully won an international award as "Enterprise Growth Partner of the Year 2019" at Avaya Engage 2019 in Atlantis Hotel, Dubai. Avaya Engage 2019 was a three-days event, 12 to 14 November 2019. In this event, Avaya invited all its business partners in APAC to discuss the latest technology strategies and innovations from Avaya and also their impact on digital transformation.
In addition, in Avaya Engage 2019, Avaya’s business partners and customers who has made great accomplishments were given awards as an appreciation for successfully maximizing Customer Experience by implementing the latest technology from Avaya.

MitraComm Ekasarana and Phintraco Technology Participate at “The Best Contact Center Indonesia 2019”
MitraComm Ekasarana and Phintraco Technology, subsidiary companies of Phintraco Group, participated at the annual event "The Best Contact Center Indonesia 2019" on Monday and Tuesday, 9 to 10 September 2019, as one of sponsors and participated in exhibition for this event.
This event was held by the Indonesia Contact Center Association (ICCA), at Shangri-La Hotel, Jakarta.
The Best Contact Center Indonesia 2019 had two-day conferences by holding a National Seminar with "Artificial Intelligence (AI) is today's advanced technology in developing Contact Center now and in the future" as its topic. This event also offered the exhibition booth for participants who want to know and learn more about Contact Center solutions in Indonesia.
Besides conference and exhibition, The Best Contact Center Indonesia 2019 also held a competition for Contact Centers with 3 categories, those are Individual Category, Teamwork Category, and Corporate Category. The competition, which was organized by the Indonesia Contact Center Association (ICCA), was participated by 52 companies with 390 participants and 170 judges.
The competition at The Best Contact Center Indonesia 2019 had a purpose to give support and appreciation for the competent Contact Center practitioners. So, it is expected that their competencies will increase along with the support and appreciation for those who become a part of Contact Center.

Phintraco Technology Wins Rookie of FY 2019
Jakarta - Phintraco Technology was successfully selected as “Rookie of FY 2019” from Dell EMC Partner Kick-off 2019 at Trans Studio Hotel Bandung, on June 25, 2019. In this event, Dell EMC collected all their Metal Tier Partners, which is the partners in Gold, Platinum, and Titanium categories.
The "Rookie of FY 2019" award was achieved because of Phintraco Technology's outstanding contribution and involvement for Dell EMC's achievements. Phintraco Technology also got the title of "Platinum Partner" in a fairly short period of time. There were a large number of award categories for partners, and "Rookie of FY 2019" award was proudly given to Phintraco Technology.
